Pizza Peel 32 cm is a popular companion for all home bakers and pizza makers who want to create perfect pizzas in the oven. Made of high-quality wood with a smooth, even surface and equipped with a 50 mm wide aluminum edge that allows the pizza to slide smoothly onto the peel.
Handcrafted with a durable wood material that withstands high temperatures and regular use.
Generously long handle that gives you plenty of reach to easily slide your baked goods in and out of the oven without burning yourself. It gives you full control over the baking process.
The handle is lacquered for easier cleaning and handling.

Brush or scrape off flour and residue immediately after use. If necessary, the peel can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the peel or washing it in the dishwasher, as the wood may crack or warp.
To extend the life of the shovel, you should occasionally polish it with fine-grit sandpaper.
