Large and wide wooden pizza peel for handling the biggest pizzas and baked goods. Made from high-quality wood with a smooth, even surface and equipped with a 50 mm wide aluminum edge.
Handcrafted from a durable wood material that withstands high temperatures and regular use.
With a long handle, you get plenty of reach to easily slide your pizza in and out of the oven without burning yourself.
The handle is lacquered for easier cleaning and handling.

Brush or scrape off flour and residue immediately after use. If necessary, the peel can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the peel or washing it in the dishwasher, as the wood may crack or warp.
To extend the life of the shovel, you should occasionally polish it with fine-grit sandpaper.
