This is a wider pizza peel for those with a slightly larger oven or if you want to make slightly larger pizzas. Made from high-quality wood with a smooth, even surface and equipped with a 50 mm wide aluminum edge.
The wide surface makes it easy to handle and move even larger pizzas or pastries. The peel is handmade from a durable wood material that withstands high temperatures and regular use.
With a long handle, you get plenty of reach to easily slide your pizza in and out of the oven without burning yourself. The handle is lacquered for easier cleaning and handling.

Brush or scrape off flour and residue immediately after use. If necessary, the peel can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the peel or washing it in the dishwasher, as the wood may crack or warp.
To extend the life of the shovel, you should occasionally polish it with fine-grit sandpaper.
