These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases from, and your use of, the website "pizzaspade.com". By placing an order on pizzaspade.com you agree to the current terms and conditions stated below and certify that all information you will and have submitted about yourself is correct. These terms and conditions forms a contract between you and Hälsinge Trä och Miljö AB, org. no. 556599-8803, Håstaholmen, 824 42 Hudiksvall (hereinafter referred to as "pizzaspade.com", "we" or "us"), and we therefore ask you kindly to carefully read through the terms before using our website.
CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
Once you have completed your order, an electronic confirmation/invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. The confirmation contains all the details of your products such as name and price, as well as billing and delivery address. We recommend that you save the confirmation in order to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. If you have not received the confirmation, or if there is an error in the received confirmation, please contact us immediately.
The confirmation also serves as a receipt that you have made the purchase.
Prices and Payments
All our prices on pizzaspade.com include the applicable VAT at the time of sale (unless otherwise specified or selected by you as the customer), in accordance with applicable legislation. The prices do not include any delivery charges, which may vary depending on the selected shipping option and product. The current prices are shown on the website next to the products. If the presented price is clearly incorrect, pizzaspade.com is not obligated to offer the incorrect lower price. Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or offers unless otherwise stated.
Pizzaspade.com reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, pizzaspade.com may cancel the purchase and refund the relevant amount in the best possible way. This can be done at any time at pizzaspade.com's initiative.
Ordering and paying via pizzaspade.com is safe and easy. You can choose between paying by bank and credit card (the amount is reserved on your bank account and not withdrawn until your order is shipped), invoice, partial payment, Swish, Wips, and direct payment (for direct payment, your account is debited at the time of payment).
The payment options available to you and the country you are ordering from are presented when placing the order. Payment can be made both before and after delivery, according to your wishes and the payment options presented.
Pizzaspade.com reserves the right to add, remove, or change the payment options presented on the website from time to time.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are:
Sweden: 3 working days
Denmark: 3-4 working days
Finland: 3-4 working days
Norway: 3-10 working days
Germany: 5-7 working days
During peak seasons, delivery time may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends are sent at the earliest on the following Monday.
If delivery delays occur without us notifying you of a longer delivery time, please contact us.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.
It is important to provide accurate and valid delivery information when placing the order. If pizzaspade.com receives a package that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, you as the customer are responsible for paying for new shipping, provided that the responsibility for the uncollected package does not lie with pizzaspade.com and/or the shipping company. For orders that are not picked up, pizzaspade.com charges an administrative fee of SEK 350.
Our orders are primarily, but not exclusively, shipped with DHL.
If you receive a damaged or opened package upon delivery, please contact your pickup location or the shipping company immediately. They provide damage report forms.
Right of Withdrawal
We follow the Distance Selling Act according to the Consumer Agency's recommendations. As a private customer, you always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received the product you ordered from us. The right of withdrawal does not apply to you as a business customer or for products that are customized according to your order.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service in writing or by phone. The return cost is covered by you as the customer.
Refunds are made as soon as possible after receiving the products, provided that all returned products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used at the time of order (or if the payment has not yet been made for the relevant goods, ensure that the return is reflected in your account balance).
Complaints
Pizzaspade.com follows the Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. Pizzaspade.com guarantees that each shipment is inspected before it is sent to the customer. Nevertheless, you as a customer always have the right to complain about a defective or incorrect product within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect, but no later than 3 years from the purchase date, provided that the defect does not result from normal wear and tear or improper use. Note that the defective or incorrect product and packaging must be saved until the matter is resolved.
To make a complaint, please contact us. Upon approved complaint, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.
Applicable Law and Dispute
Swedish law applies to these terms and your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, notwithstanding what is stated below, Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with your use of the website.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved between you as a customer and us, pizzaspade.com follows the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). The National Board for Consumer Disputes can be reached either via www.arn.se, at Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, or via phone number 08-508 860 00.
Residents of EU countries other than Sweden may submit complaints online via the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution, http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In cases of dispute, pizzaspade.com complies with decisions by the National Board of Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on this website, belong to Hälsinge Trä och Miljö AB and may not be used for commercial purposes without their permission. Any use of the website and its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Hälsinge Trä och Miljö AB.
